Genom att använda webbplatsen eller ringa demonumret godtar du dessa villkor.
2. Vad dessa villkor omfattar
Villkoren gäller webbplatsen och demotjänsten.
Villkoren gäller inte den betalda tjänsten. För kunder som ingått avtal om tjänsten gäller Voxlors allmänna avtalsvillkor och det personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal som hör till dem. Vid motstridighet gäller de villkoren före dessa.

3. Webbplatsen
3.1 Innehållet på webbplatsen är allmän information om tjänsten. Det utgör inte ett bindande erbjudande och inte heller rådgivning.
3.2 Uppgifter om funktioner, priser, besparingar och resultat är exempel och uppskattningar. De innebär ingen utfästelse om vad tjänsten kommer att prestera i en enskild verksamhet.
3.3 Vi strävar efter att hålla webbplatsen tillgänglig men lämnar ingen garanti för det. Vi kan ändra, begränsa eller stänga webbplatsen när som helst utan föregående meddelande.
4. Demotjänsten
4.1 Demonumret finns för att du ska kunna prova tjänsten. Samtalet besvaras av en AI-assistent, inte av en människa. AI-assistenten presenterar sig som sådan.
4.2 Demonstrationen bygger på uppdiktade uppgifter om en påhittad verksamhet. Uppgifter om fordon, priser, tider och tillgänglighet är inte verkliga och kan inte åberopas.
4.3 Samtalet spelas in, skrivs ut i text och sparas. Detta framgår av vår integritetspolicy.
4.4 Berätta inte känsliga uppgifter om dig själv under samtalet, och lämna inte uppgifter om andra personer. Demotjänsten är inte avsedd för sådana uppgifter.
4.5 Demotjänsten får inte användas för att:
- ringa automatiserat, upprepat eller på annat sätt belasta tjänsten i onormal omfattning
- försöka få AI-assistenten att lämna ut uppgifter om oss, våra kunder eller våra system
- försöka kringgå tjänstens begränsningar, kartlägga dess uppbyggnad eller undersöka dess säkerhet
- lämna olagligt, hotfullt eller kränkande innehåll
- bygga, träna eller utvärdera en konkurrerande tjänst
4.6 Vi kan när som helst begränsa eller stänga av åtkomsten till demotjänsten, för enskilda nummer eller helt, utan att ange skäl.
4.7 Demotjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi lämnar inga garantier för dess tillgänglighet, riktighet eller lämplighet för något ändamål.
5. Immateriella rättigheter
5.1 Webbplatsen, dess innehåll, tjänsten och varumärket Voxlor tillhör AllMyLooks AB eller våra licensgivare.
5.2 Du får läsa och dela innehåll för eget bruk. Du får inte kopiera, bearbeta eller använda innehållet kommersiellt utan vårt skriftliga godkännande.
5.3 Automatiserad insamling av innehåll från webbplatsen, inklusive för träning av AI-modeller, är inte tillåten.
6. Ansvarsbegränsning
6.1 Vi ansvarar inte för skada som uppkommer genom användning av webbplatsen eller demotjänsten, i den utsträckning ansvar kan uteslutas enligt lag.
6.2 Vi ansvarar inte för indirekt skada, utebliven vinst eller förlust av data.
6.3 Vårt ansvar är i varje fall begränsat till 5 000 kronor.
6.4 Begränsningarna gäller inte vid uppsåt eller grov vårdslöshet, och inte heller om tvingande lag säger annat.
7. Ändringar

8. Tillämplig lag och tvist
8.1 Svensk lag gäller.
8.2 Tvist mellan oss och en näringsidkare prövas av svensk allmän domstol med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans.
8.3 Är du konsument gäller de regler om behörig domstol som följer av tvingande lag. Du kan också vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se.

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website and the demo service.
They do not apply to the paid service. For customers who have entered into an agreement for the service, Voxlor's general terms and conditions and the accompanying data processing agreement apply. In the event of any conflict, those terms take precedence over these.

3. The website
3.1 The content of the website is general information about the service. It does not constitute a binding offer, nor does it constitute advice.
3.2 Statements about features, prices, savings and results are examples and estimates. They do not constitute any undertaking as to how the service will perform in any individual business.
3.3 We aim to keep the website available but give no guarantee to that effect. We may change, restrict or close the website at any time without prior notice.
4. The demo service
4.1 The demo number exists so that you can try the service. The call is answered by an AI assistant, not by a human being. The AI assistant identifies itself as such.
4.2 The demonstration is based on fictitious information about an invented business. Information about vehicles, prices, times and availability is not real and cannot be relied upon.
4.3 The call is recorded, transcribed into text and stored. This is set out in our privacy policy.
4.4 Please do not disclose sensitive information about yourself during the call, and do not provide information about other people. The demo service is not intended for such information.
4.5 The demo service may not be used to:
- make automated or repeated calls, or otherwise place an abnormal load on the service
- attempt to make the AI assistant disclose information about us, our customers or our systems
- attempt to circumvent the limitations of the service, map its structure or probe its security
- submit unlawful, threatening or offensive content
- build, train or evaluate a competing service
4.6 We may at any time restrict or block access to the demo service, for individual numbers or entirely, without giving reasons.
4.7 The demo service is provided as is. We give no warranties as to its availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
5. Intellectual property rights
5.1 The website, its content, the service and the Voxlor trademark belong to AllMyLooks AB or our licensors.
5.2 You may read and share content for your own use. You may not copy, adapt or use the content commercially without our written consent.
5.3 Automated collection of content from the website, including for the training of AI models, is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1 We are not liable for damage arising from use of the website or the demo service, to the extent that liability can be excluded by law.
6.2 We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data.
6.3 Our liability is in every case limited to SEK 5,000.
6.4 These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The latest version is available at voxlor.com and applies from the time it is published.
8. Governing law and disputes
8.1 Swedish law applies.
8.2 Disputes between us and a business are determined by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
8.3 If you are a consumer, the rules on competent court that follow from mandatory law apply. You may also refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), arn.se.
